Board of Trustees:

CalTRUST is governed by a Board of Trustees, all of whom are experienced local agency finance professionals, members of the governing body or officers or personnel of public agencies, which are participants in the Trust.

The Board of Trustees is responsible for setting overall policies and procedures for the Trust and for hiring and supervising the activities of the Administrator, Investment Adviser, Custodian, Legal Counsel and other agents of the Trust. Trustee meetings are held on a quarterly basis at various locations around the State and are open to the public.

• Rob Boitano, Trustee
  CalTRUST Trustee since January 2003. Assistant Treasurer, County of Sonoma since 1991. Investment Accountant, Sonoma County Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office from 1987 to 1991. Auditor-Appraiser, Administrative Manager, and Audit Chief, County of Sonoma from 1979 to 1987. Served on the California State Association of Counties Excess Insurance Authority Finance Committee from 1991 to 1999 and on the County of Sonoma Housing Authority Committee for 5 years.   CalTRUST Trustee since January 2003. Assistant General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, Westlands Water District since 1995. Chief Deputy, Fresno County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector from 1986 to 1995. Represents Westlands at the state and local levels, including the Board of Directors of the Central Valley Project Water Association, the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, and the Westlands Water District Financing Corporation.

• Paul McDonnell, Trustee
  CalTRUST Trustee since 2005. Treasurer-Tax Collector, County of Riverside since March 1998.Prior to assuming office he spent nineteen years in the financial services industry, including fourteen years with Wall Street firms, specializing in local government finance. During this time he served some of California’s biggest cities and counties. Currently First Vice President of California Association of County Treasurers and Tax Collectors (CACTTC). Mr. McDonnell's academic background includes an MBA (finance) from UCLA and BA degree (Political Science) from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a native Californian and married with four children.

• Glenn Duncan, Trustee
  CalTRUST Trustee since April 2006. President of GTS Financial Services and past Chairman of the Board of the Planners Network. Currently the President of the Board of Directors of the West Valley Vector Control District. Responsible for writing the investment policies of both the City of Chino and the Water Facilities Authority. Has served continuously on the Chino City Council for 14 years and serves as chairman of the City's investment committee. Also served on the Board of Directors of the Water Facilities Authority for 14 years and was chairman of its finance committee over that period of time as well. Licensed General Securities Representative (NASD Series 7), General Securities Principle (NASD Series 24), Registered Investment Advisor (NASD Series 65), and a Municipal Securities Principle (NASD Series 51).
